Why did Lumine Skin become Hestia?
When we launched Lumine Skin, we thought we were building a foundation that adapts to your skin. Along the way, thousands of you told us what you were really living: the end of years of products that never matched, drawers full of half-used foundations, mornings turned into rituals.
We realized we weren't selling a product. We were building a return, to something simpler, more essential.
Hestia, the Greek goddess of the home and hearth, is the one who doesn't move while everything else does. That's the brand we're building: one that stays. One that holds the line.
Lumine Skin was the name of our first stick. Hestia is the name of what we're building with you.
Is the product the same?
Yes. Same formula. Same factory. Same team. Same stick.
The only thing that changed is the name on the box.
I have an active subscription. Will it continue normally?
Yes, nothing changes for you. Your subscription, your billing date, your shipping address, your member discount: all carried over automatically. The only difference is that "Hestia" will now appear on your bank statement instead of "Lumine Skin."

I ordered from Lumine Skin. Why did I receive a Hestia package? (Or vice versa.)
During our transition (early 2026), some orders ship in the original Lumine Skin packaging and others in the new Hestia packaging, depending on stock. Both are 100% authentic, both contain the exact same product, and both come with the same 60-day guarantee.
Packaging may vary. The stick inside is the same.

Delivery Information
We offer fast, tracked shipping across the United States and worldwide.
For customers in the United States, delivery typically takes 8 to 10 business days.
We also ship internationally to Europe, Canada, Australia, and other regions, with delivery times ranging from 8 to 15 business days depending on your location.
All orders are shipped with trusted carriers and full tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email containing your purchase number and a link to track your package. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours, indicating your shipping number and a real-time tracking link. It is from this email that the delivery tracking will begin to indicate more information about your order.
To track the progress of your items, please click on the "Track my order" link in the menu, and enter your order details. If you can't find them, please contact us via our contact page, and we'll do our best to help you.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@trylumineskin.com with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
Order marked as delivered but not received
If your parcel has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or janitor first.

How do I subscribe?
To access the subscription, simply select the “Subscribe & Save” option on the product page before adding the product to your cart.

How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription anytime by visiting your customer portal:

From there, you can:
- Pause or cancel your subscription
- Swap products (swap shades if needed)
- Update your payment or shipping details
Can I change the shade of my subscription product?
Yes, of course.
To change the shade of your foundation stick:
- Go to your account page: 👉 Manage my subscription
- Open your active subscription
- Click “Swap products”
- Select your new shade and confirm
Your next delivery will automatically include the updated shade.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no commitment.
What if I didn’t mean to subscribe?
If you did not select the “Subscribe & Save” option at checkout, your order is automatically placed as a one-time purchase.
You will not be enrolled in a subscription, and there is no recurring charge unless you explicitly choose the subscription option yourself.
